Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELO-P)

Provides funding for afterschool and summer enrichment programs for students in TK- 6th grade. Focused on developing the academic, social, emotional, and physical needs and interests through hands-on, engaging learning experiences.

It is the intent of the Legislature that expanded learning programs are pupil-centered, results driven, include community partners, and complement, but do not replicate, learning activities in the regular school day and school year.

Priority is given to those students who:

• Are experiencing housing instability
• Are foster youth
• Are English Language Learners
• Are eligible for the Free/ Reduced Price Meals

MONTHLY FEE SCHEDULE 2025/26 & 2026/27

• Fees are flat monthly fees
• 10% sibling discount not applied
• Monthly fees are due on the 1st of each month and are payable until the 10th each month
• CARES Camps & Summer Enrichment are not included
