CARES ELO-P & ASES 

The After School Education and Safety (ASES) and Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELO-P) grants support free or low-cost before-school, after-school, summer, and intersession programs for grades TK- 8th grade students at participating schools. These programs provide homework help, enrichment activities (such as art, STEM, and physical activity), and opportunities for students to build social-emotional skills in a safe, supportive environment.

Priority registration for CARES is given to students who:

• Are experiencing housing instability
• Are foster youth
• Are English Language Learners (per district assessment)
• Are low income households or eligible for the Free/ Reduced Price Meals  

*The child must be enrolled in and attend the school where the program is offered.

ASES/ ELO-P Sites: Cerro Villa, Fletcher, La Veta & Olive 

ELO-P Sites: Anaheim Hills- Canyon Rim- Chapman Hills- Crescent-  Imperial- Linda Vista- McPherson- Nohl Canyon- Panorama- Running Springs- Serrano- Villa Park- West Orange

CARES Camp 

Full Day camp program offered during Winter, Spring and Summer breaks for students in TK- 8th grade.

Hours of Operation: 7:00 AM- 6:00 PM 

Weekly Fee: $220 per week

*Priority registration is given to currently enrolled and attending CARES families. For families not currently enrolled in CARES, your submitted contract will be approved, pending site & space availability. Should the selected site or weeks be unavailable, we will contact you by phone to discuss alternative options.
