CARES provides a safe expanded learning environment that supports and supplements the school day, develops students social emotional skills and enriches their opportunity to absorb the world around them.

  • Hours: 7am- 6pm

  • A deposit of 50% of the first week registered will be charged upon approval of contract (Excludes CHS & OCDE). *Please note that this deposit will be applied to your first invoice.

  • 10% discount applied to older sibling(s) only
  • A morning and afternoon snack will be provided
  • Lunch and a water bottle to be provided by family
  • Field trips are included in weekly fee
  • Absences are included in weekly fee
  • Holidays are not included in weekly fee
  • No refunds will be given for weeks registered for, but not attended
  • In the event of a schedule change due to unforeseen circumstances, a cancellation fee of one half of the weekly fee will be assessed
